User shall be responsible for protecting the confidentiality of User's password.  User agrees not to provide any other person with access to the site using the user's sign-in information. 

User shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware and other equipment needed for access to NFA's Swaps Proficiency Requirements. 

User shall not use the website for any unlawful purpose.

Any conduct by a user that in NFA's sole determination restricts or inhibits any other user from using the Swaps Proficiency Requirements will not be permitted. 

User may not interfere with or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Swaps Proficiency Requirements or take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the website.

NFA shall have the right to immediately terminate a user's account in the event of any conduct by the user which NFA, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable.
